Game Design Document Research
- Previous -
This guide will establish standard documents that allow me to understand how the design works.
Once I start the game design document, I will modify the information to the desired result. The final objective is to make an accessible document that transmits the game designer's idea to any teamwork.
I am aware that I can find two problems when making an explanatory document of the game design:
First, the risk is that the documentation could be outdated due to a lack of non-follow-up and updating. Second, not read by the teamwork of the design document.
To avoid that, I will try to make the design document as visual and attractive as possible and use my web to update the information anywhere.
I start developing a structure by modules where I will add all of the context, images, references, or anything interesting for the game.
Structure:
